Personal identification information — full name, date of birth, nationality, passport or ID number, and residential address. Required for Hong Kong Companies Registry filings.

Contact information — email address, phone number, and mailing address for communication about your incorporation and ongoing compliance.

Business information — company name, business nature, share capital structure, and details of directors and shareholders.

Financial information — payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Documents — certified passport copies, proof of address, and other documents required for KYC and incorporation.

Usage data — pages visited, time spent, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs collected automatically through cookies and analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

- Process your Hong Kong company incorporation application

- File documents with the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department

- Provide company secretary and registered address services

- Communicate with you about your application status and compliance deadlines

- Process payments and issue invoices

- Comply with Hong Kong regulatory requirements including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations

- Improve our services and website experience

- Send relevant updates about Hong Kong regulatory changes (you can opt out)

Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing. Your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and processed under their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We receive only a transaction confirmation and last four digits of your card.

Calendly — consultation booking. When you book a call, your name and email are shared with Calendly to schedule the appointment.

Hong Kong Companies Registry — we file your incorporation documents with the CR as required by law. This is a statutory requirement.

Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department — business registration and tax filing as required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any party not listed above except as required by law.

Your Rights

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to:

- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

- Deletion — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements

- Objection — object to processing of your data for direct marketing

For EU/UK residents: we also comply with applicable GDPR requirements. You have additional rights including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
